Refund & Cancellation Policy

At BCWP, we want you to be fully satisfied with your “Pro” membership. Because we offer digital services and access to private groups, we have established the following policy regarding payments.

1. 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 14-day “Cooling-Off” period for all new memberships. If you decide the club isn’t the right fit for you within the first 14 days of your initial payment, we will issue a full refund—no questions asked.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email hello@bookclubworldpro.com with your name and the email address used for your PayPal payment. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

3. Cancellations

You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation will stop all future billing, but you will retain access to the “Pro” features until the end of your current billing cycle. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months of membership.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

In the event of a club closure or permanent technical failure on our end that prevents service for more than 7 consecutive days, members may be eligible for a partial credit at our discretion.
