환불 및 취소 정책 / Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. 청약철회

본 서비스는 「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」에 따라 결제일로부터 7일 이내에 청약철회가 가능합니다. 단, 수업이 이미 시작된 경우 또는 서비스가 일부 제공된 경우에는 이용한 부분에 대한 비용을 공제한 후 환불됩니다.

2. 환불 기준

본 서비스의 환불 기준은 공정거래위원회 고시 「소비자분쟁해결기준」 교육서비스업 기준을 따릅니다.

  • 수업 시작 전: 전액 환불
  • 수업 시작 후: 총 수강료 − (수강료 × 경과 수업회차 ÷ 총 수업회차)
  • 환불 가능 기간: 총 수업기간의 1/2 경과 전까지
  • 총 수업기간의 1/2 경과 후: 환불 불가

예시) 1개월 수강권(₩180,000, 총 4회) 결제 후

  • 1회 수강 후 환불: 180,000 − (180,000 × 1 ÷ 4) = ₩135,000
  • 2회 수강 후 환불: 180,000 − (180,000 × 2 ÷ 4) = ₩90,000
  • 3회 이상 수강 후: 환불 불가

3. 환불 신청 방법

환불은 신청일로부터 영업일 기준 3~5일 이내에 처리됩니다.

4. 취소 정책

수강권은 언제든지 취소할 수 있습니다. 취소 시 다음 결제는 발생하지 않으며, 현재 수강권은 남은 기간 동안 유효합니다.

5. 소비자분쟁해결기준 안내

본 환불 정책은 공정거래위원회 고시 「소비자분쟁해결기준」의 교육서비스업 기준을 준수합니다.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: April 27, 2026

1. Right of Withdrawal

Under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, you may withdraw your purchase within 7 days of payment. If classes have already commenced, the cost of services already used will be deducted from the refund.

2. Refund Calculation

Refunds follow the Korea Fair Trade Commission's Consumer Dispute Resolution Standards for education services:

  • Before classes begin: Full refund
  • After classes begin: Total tuition − (tuition × classes attended ÷ total classes)
  • Eligible refund period: Until 1/2 of the total course duration has passed
  • After 1/2 of the course duration: No refund

Example: 1-month pass (₩180,000, 4 classes total)

  • After 1 class: 180,000 − (180,000 × 1 ÷ 4) = ₩135,000
  • After 2 classes: 180,000 − (180,000 × 2 ÷ 4) = ₩90,000
  • After 3 or more classes: No refund

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of your request.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future payments. Your current pass remains valid until the end of the paid period.

5. Compliance

This policy complies with the Consumer Dispute Resolution Standards issued by the Korea Fair Trade Commission for education services.
